How to Request Account & Data Deletion
VidhyaApp respects your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of your account credentials, family profiles, and stored application telemetry at any time through any of the methods described below.

Method 1: Inside Mobile App
Open the VidhyaApp Mobile App, go to Profile Screen, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Request Account Deletion".

Method 2: Online Web Form
Fill out the official request form below. Our data protection team will verify and process your request within standard timelines.
Data Retention & Deletion Process:
- Authentication Data: Login credentials, passwords, session tokens, and Firebase notification tokens are purged within 30 days of request verification.
- Personal Info: Parent contact numbers, addresses, and uploaded profile photos are permanently erased from active storage.
- Academic Archive Notice: Certain statutory academic records (official school report cards, board registration data, fee tax invoices) are subject to mandatory retention policies established by your affiliated School and State Education Department regulations.
